Joe began his work in the financial industry in 2017 with an auto-enrolment pension provider. Since his introduction to the industry, Joe has continued to develop his experience with a number of roles and qualifications and joined In Partnership in 2022. Joe now provides independent financial advice across both pensions and investments as well as mortgages and protection.
Outside of the workplace Joe enjoys sports currently playing Rugby and Golf and watching football.

Lola is a Chartered Certified Accountant and fellow of ACCA. She worked in finance for 14 years before setting up her own practice in 2011 where she provides tax and accounting services to SME’s, charitable organisations and sole traders. Lola joined In Partnership in March 2023 as an adviser.
Outside of work, Lola enjoys playing the piano, singing and spending time with her family.

For the first 23 years of his working life, Steve ran his own Landscaping and gardening business before deciding on a change and retraining with the CII as a Mortgage and Protection adviser. While very different fields, both jobs rely on an ability to communicate effectively with customers, something Steve considers one of his greatest strengths.
In his spare time Steve enjoys walking with his wife and dog, gardening, and has recently taken up wood turning.

Dave has worked within the financial services industry since 1992. Before joining In Partnership in 2017 he was with AFH Wealth Management and Shape Financial both in an advisory role dealing with all aspects of financial advice for his clients.
Dave has a keen interest in football, golf and cricket.

I began my career in customer service at John Lewis Partnership. Since then, I only ever wanted to be a financial adviser and am excited to be part of the In Partnership team. I have seen my dad ‘David Bowyer’ give much joy to his clients and I can’t wait to do the same.
Outside of work, I enjoy football, golf, keeping fit , and motocross.

James has been working in the property sector for the last 10 years. James specialises in working with first time buyers and landlords in understanding how to maximise their borrowing potential, using different strategies for each personal situation.
In his free time, James enjoys walking his Labrador, playing a number of instruments, playing football and spending time with his young family.

Robert is a Chartered Financial Planner and STEP Affiliate. He originally qualified as an accountant and holds the STEP Certificate for Financial Services – Trust and Estate Planning.
Robert specialises in helping families, business owners, directors and high net worth individuals with their Wealth Management, Estate Planning and Lifestyle Financial Planning, as well as their pre and post retirement planning. He ensures that he identifies and understands his clients’ goals and aspirations helping them achieve and keep on track of their desired lifestyle.
Robert lives in Malvern, enjoys sport, especially running. He is the Treasurer of the Malvern Joggers.

Daniel has been practicing as an Independent Financial Adviser for over 25 years. His business is referral led and is proud to say many of his clients have become good friends.
Daniel has represented In Partnership for the last 12 years.
Away from the business, Daniel enjoys travelling, entertaining, reading and has a keen interest in following Arsenal football club.

Nathan has been working in the finance industry since 2018. He has provided advice on Pensions and Investments, as well as Mortgages and Protection. In the summer of 2022, he joined In Partnership with long-term objectives in mind. He quickly began to build client relationships and is looking forward to developing long-term client connections.

Stephen has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He is a fully qualified independent financial adviser and was responsible for setting up and establishing Stevens Financial Services as a leading firm of independent financial advisers back in 1988.
Although Steve is now in his early 60s, he has no intention of retiring and is relishing the opportunity within In Partnership Financial Advisers of continuing to work with his client bank and hopefully, assisting them with their financial affairs using his wealth of experience within the industry.

Born in Birmingham, Philip has spent the majority of his life both living and working in Worcestershire and has lived in Whitbourne on the Herefordshire border with his wife Sally since 2003.
Educated at Droitwich High School he joined NatWest Bank and spent 3 years in Banking and 12 years in the Instalment Credit industry where he held various roles including Sales, Office Management and Credit Risk Management.
Subsequently, and with over three decades of professional experience, Philip has developed a career within the financial planning and estate planning professions. Philip is very experienced and is well respected amongst his peers and other professionals in the local community.
A keen and lifelong supporter of both Birmingham City FC and Malvern Rugby Club, Philip enjoys living in the countryside and spending time with his wife and family which includes an English Setter, a breed very close to his heart.

Ellen is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser who is passionate about helping people feel confident during some of life’s biggest financial decisions.
Whether you are buying your first home, moving, investing or reviewing your protection needs, Ellen aims to make the process clear, calm and stress free. She takes time to understand each client’s goals so her advice is always tailored and never generic.
Her focus is on clear communication, regular updates and making sure you always feel supported throughout the entire process.
Outside of work, Ellen loves to read and spending time with her husband and child.

Karl has worked in financial services since 2003. Prior to joining In Partnership, he worked in bank assurance before moving to a small IFA firm in 2020.
He provides advice on Pension and Investment as well as Mortgage and Protection, along with later life lending.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching rugby, cooking and watching films.

Ben is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He has a Batchelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Management Studies from University College London, which is consistently ranked as one of the top ten universities in the world. His role is to provide independent and holistic financial advice, with a particular focus on pensions and investments.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys travelling, country walks, and going to the gym.

Ben (DipFA CeMap AIPW) has been with In Partnership for 10 years now and a Financial Adviser for over 20 years. Ben considers himself a Financial All-rounder with experience in all areas of financial planning with clients ranging from those starting out their financial journey to those in retirement and start-up businesses to well established Limited Companies.
Away from the office, Ben is a bit of a sport addict, loving his football, rugby, golf and coaching cricket in Horsham’s junior teams.

Alison has over 25 years’ experience as a financial adviser and considers many of her clients as friends after knowing them for a long time. She enjoys all aspects of financial planning to help clients reach their “comfortable” place in terms of their finances. This may be through protection, investing in pensions or other suitable products. She also advises on releasing equity from their homes or helping with finding and paying for long term care for clients or their family members.
Out of the office, she spends time walking her young dog, singing in choirs and helping her family including her grandson.

Garry joined In Partnership in 2007 initially as a mortgage and protection adviser then progressed to Financial Adviser soon after, before this his employment was in the oil sector management with BP. The financial adviser role involves finding solutions to all types of client’s financial needs, making clients feel part of the In Partnership family and processes along the way.

Geoff has over 35 years’ experience in Financial Services. He was one of the first to qualify as a Chartered Financial Planner and subsequently become a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute – receiving the HJ Greening Prize in recognition of his achievements. Prior to becoming an IFA in 2001, he held senior management positions in the Life & Pensions sector. He is a pension transfer specialist and predominantly focuses his efforts on helping clients navigate the pathway to achieve and sustain their retirement goals.
He enjoys spending time with his family and maintains a broad interest in sport, particularly non-league football where he was involved in many Sussex clubs.

Having graduated in 2010 with First Class Hons in Finance, Jonathan started his career in London with Barclays before spending six years at Octopus Investments. He held management roles across their new business, product development and operational functions, and was integral to the company’s growth during this time. More recently he worked for Standard Life’s wealth advisory arm, attaining Chartered Financial Planner status. He advises across a broad range of areas and is motivated to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
He a keen sportsperson, having competed in numerous national swimming championships and more recently the Royal Windsor Triathlon.

Russell has been advising clients and ran his own business for over 30 years having started at the age of 18 advising in his Fathers business. Works mainly in the pensions and investment spectrum but offers a full holistic approach to financial planning.
Outside of work Russell is a former semi professional cricketer having Captained Wiltshire CCC for several years. He now follows his young son around the South of England has he embarks on his cricketing career and his daughter around various pony club events!

Phillip has worked in the financial profession for more than 40 years. Commencing with the Co-operative Insurance Society (CIS) in 1979 and been an IFA for the last 25 years. Working under the In Partnership network since 2007.
Clients have become friends and in some cases serving the fourth generation.
Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time with his wife, dining out, taking regular holidays and is a season ticket holder at Notts County.

Dan joined In Partnership bringing his prior experience of providing holistic advice, tailored to his client’s financial needs. Believing in a transparent and a clear approach, he takes pride in ensuring his clients understand every step of the financial planning journey.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys keeping fit, socialising with friends and spending time with his family.

Tom has had a career in financial services since 2016. His previous employers were Aviva and James Hay Partnership where he worked in technical support roles. Tom joined the In Partnership network as an adviser in the Summer of 2021 and now specialises in mortgages, equity release and protection advice.
Tom is an avid Southampton FC fan and also enjoys Formula 1.

Richard has worked in the industry for 40 years. He has been an IFA for the last 22 years, working under the In partnership Financial Adviser umbrella for the last 7 years.
Outside of work, Richard is a keen golfer and a big Chelsea fan. He is happily married with one son, who has now become a Professional Golfer himself.

Debbie is joining IPFA bringing over 20 years’ experience in the industry from working in various roles for major banks to owning her own bespoke mortgage brokerage.
This experience alongside a level 4 qualification in mortgage advice gives her the skill to advise each of her clients expertly no matter how complex or simple their enquiry. Fanatical about service and always working with the client’s goal in mind has led her to be recognised as one of the Top Advisors in the UK 6 years running with awards from Vouched For, as seen in The Sunday Times.
In her spare time Debbie loves nothing more than reading cookery books and cooking for her loved ones. She also has a love for all things spooky!
